How the bench works.

Three clear steps from the front door to a set that runs the way it should.

Bring it in

Carry the set to our counter in Swellendam. We log the fault and take a first look while you wait.

02

We diagnose

On the bench we trace the fault to the board or component, then give you a straight quote before any work starts.

03

Test & return

After the fix we bench-test picture and sound, then call you to collect a set that runs the way it should.

Good to know

Before you bring it in.

Do I need to book before bringing a set in?
No booking needed. Walk in during our opening hours and we log the set at the counter. If you'd prefer a heads-up, WhatsApp us first.
What do repairs actually cost?
Our four core repairs sit between R450 and R1,500. We diagnose first and quote before any work starts, so the price you see is the price you pay.
How long does a typical repair take?
Most fixes are done in one to two hours on the bench. Screen replacements and speaker recones may take a little longer if parts need sourcing.
Do you repair both TVs and speakers?
Yes. We run separate benches for televisions and audio, so your set is handled by the right specialist from start to finish.
Do you also fix home audio speakers?
We do. Torn cones and buzzing voice coils are reconditioned on the audio bench, restoring the clarity your speakers left the factory with.
